Above prices are for a maximum of 2 reception rooms for 1 and 2 bed properties and a maximum of 3 reception rooms for larger properties.

Larger and more heavily furnished properties by individual quotation.

A cancellation fee of £40.00 will be charged for all aborted visits unless at least 3 hours notice to postpone or cancel the appointment has been given and acknowledged by ourselves. Full fee payable on cancelled appointments made for out of office hours or Saturdays.
